What is the difference between ShulCloud and the Temple Website (https://www.tbeithaca.org)?
ShulCloud is an online platform that provides webhosting, account management, online payments, email, and a wide range of other services geared specifically for Synagogues. The Temple website is provided as part of ShulCloud. Management of the theme, page content, navigation and forms are part of the ShulCloud package.
How do I login to ShulCloud?
Go to the Temple website https://www.tbeithaca.org. In the upper right hand corner is a login button. Click on the button and you will be prompted for the email address you use in ShulCloud and your password. There is also a 'Forget Password' link if you need to reset your password. If you have any problems logging please contact the web maven.
How do I contact the web administrator if I have a problem with ShulCloud or the website?

What are the benefits of activating my ShulCloud account?
When you activate your account login to ShulCloud, you get access to member only access to many features on the website:
- Edit your account and personal information
- Pay your bills online
- Access online Temple bulletins
- Access contact information for all board memebrs
- and much much more!
How do I make a donation online?
Online donations can be made by clicking on the DONATE link at the top of the page.
If you have logged in to ShulCloud you will see a form where you can select the donation type, the amount, dedication information (optional), and a button to 'CONTINUE TO PAYMENT'. On the payment page you can select an online payment by either credit card or ACH. For donations there are not any convenience fees charged for using credit cards or ACH. However, due to lower fees, we encourage the use of ACH whenever possible.
If you making a donation as a guest, you will need to provide your name and email address or phone number before proceeding to the donation information.
