Madrichim

The Madrichim Program (madrichim means "guides" or "leaders" in Hebrew) gives teens the opportunity to take on leadership roles in the Rabbi Felix Aber Religious School while developing essential skills in teaching, mentorship, and community engagement.  

 Why Become a Madrich/a?  

Serve as classroom assistants and role models for younger students 

Gain hands-on experience in teaching, communication, and leadership  

Work one-on-one with students who need extra support  

Be part of a team of teen leaders making a real impact in our community  

Earn payment for participation (available for teens in 10th grade and up) or volunteer for community service hours  

 Who Can Join?  

10th-12th graders are eligible for paid positions  

8th-9th graders can join as volunteers to gain experience before applying for paid positions  

The Madrichim Program is a meaningful way for teens to give back to the community, develop leadership skills, and build confidence while staying connected to Jewish life.
