Teen Leadership
Starting in the 2025-2026, the TBE Teen Executive Board will partner with the Director of Education and Engagement to elevate and advocate for the teen community at Temple Beth-El. Board members strive to be dugma’ot, or role models, for incoming TBE teens and the younger generation, and serve as a bridge to the larger Temple Beth-El community. By showing up through their ideas and actions, they model what it means to be a Jewish teen at TBE, creating a safe space for teens to come together for holidays, Shabbat, group learning sessions and trips, tikkun olam, and fun!
Elections will be held in May of 2025. Applications are currently open. Candidates must submit their application to run by Tuesday, April 15. Candidates will have the opportunity to run for five open positions:
- President
- Vice President, Membership and Communications (MCVP)
- Vice President, Jewish Life and Learning (JLVP)
- Vice President, Social Action and Tikkun Olam (SATO)
- Executive Representative (ERep)
